1.1. This document is an official public offer (the "Agreement") by PushList (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "We", "PushList") and governs the relationship between the Company and any person (hereinafter referred to as the "Advertiser") using the platform https://pushlist.net to place advertising materials.
1.2. By using the website, services, or registering on the PushList system, the Advertiser confirms that they have fully read, understood, and unconditionally accept the terms of this Agreement. If the Advertiser disagrees with any term, they are prohibited from using the Service.
1.3. The Company has the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
1.4. Acceptance of the Agreement. Topping up the balance, creating an advertising campaign, or using any paid features of the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. The Advertiser confirms that they have reached the age of 18 (or the age of majority in their country) and understands that they are making a payment for advertising services and that funds are debited in real time. From the moment of the first deposit, this Agreement is deemed concluded between the Advertiser and the Company.
https://pushlist.net.3.1. The Company provides the Advertiser with access to the PushList advertising network for placing push ads on CPC, CPM, or CPA terms.
3.2. The Advertiser independently manages advertising campaigns through the Personal Account or may use managed services (if available).
3.3. The Company does not guarantee the volume of impressions, clicks, or conversions. Traffic distribution is carried out automatically based on auction and targeting settings.
4.1. The cost of advertising services is determined automatically by the PushList auction system.
4.2. All settlements are made in US Dollars (USD), regardless of the deposit currency. Conversion is performed by payment providers.
4.3. The Advertiser tops up the balance in advance. The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the payment interface.
4.4. Funds are debited in real time depending on the payment model (CPC, CPM, CPA).
4.5. If funds are insufficient, advertising campaigns are automatically suspended.
4.6. For Managed service, payment terms may be agreed individually.
4.7. The Advertiser is solely responsible for commissions of payment systems, banks, and cryptocurrency networks.
4.8. Balance Status. The Advertiser's balance is an internal accounting indicator of the Platform and is not a bank account, e-wallet, or means of storing funds. Deposited funds are used exclusively for payment of advertising services within the Platform and are not subject to free withdrawal, exchange, or cashing out, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
4.9. Payment Methods and Cryptocurrency Transactions. The Platform supports various deposit methods, including bank payments and cryptocurrency transactions through third‑party payment providers (gateways). When using cryptocurrency payment methods, all transactions are considered completed after the required number of confirmations in the respective blockchain network. The Advertiser agrees that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and that the Company is not liable for errors when sending funds (including wrong address, network, or token). The conversion rate of cryptocurrency to the platform balance is determined at the time of transaction processing by the payment provider and may differ from the market rate. The Company is not a cryptocurrency exchange operator and does not provide custody, exchange, or asset management services for digital assets.
4.10. The Advertiser undertakes not to initiate chargeback, dispute, or any other form of payment challenge through banks, payment systems, or providers without first contacting the Company and attempting to resolve the dispute. If the Advertiser initiates a chargeback or payment dispute: the account will be immediately blocked, all ongoing campaigns will be stopped, the remaining balance will be withheld in full, and the Company reserves the right to recover incurred losses, fees, and penalties imposed by payment systems. The Advertiser agrees that initiating an unjustified chargeback constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may be prosecuted as fraud.
4.11. The Company has the right, unilaterally, to withhold, debit, or set off any amounts held in the Advertiser's balance as compensation for losses, fines, debts, chargebacks, payment system fees, or other expenses incurred by the Company as a result of the Advertiser's actions.

6.1. The Advertiser guarantees the legality of their materials and the rights to use them.
6.2. The Advertiser undertakes not to use fraud, bots, scripts, or any methods of artificially inflating activity (click fraud, impression fraud, conversion fraud).
6.3. Target websites must not contain malicious code, fraudulent schemes, phishing, or misleading content.
6.4. Upon the Company's request, the Advertiser must provide documents for identity or business verification within 15 business days. The Company may request documents under KYC/AML procedures at any time. Until verification is completed, access to the account and funds may be restricted. Refusal to undergo verification is grounds for blocking the account without refund of funds.
6.5. The Advertiser bears full responsibility for all content placed and for any third‑party claims.
6.6. The Advertiser is prohibited from creating or using more than one account without the Company's written permission, as well as using any schemes to circumvent blocks, restrictions, or sanctions, including but not limited to re‑registration, use of front persons, VPN, proxies, TOR, device emulators, and other identity concealment methods. If multi‑accounting or circumvention of restrictions is detected, all related accounts will be immediately blocked, and the balances on them will be withheld in full without possibility of refund.
6.7. The Advertiser is prohibited from taking any action aimed at manipulating the auction system, traffic distribution algorithms, bids, or statistics, including but not limited to artificially boosting campaigns, self‑clicks, self‑impressions, coordinated activity, use of botnets, or farm traffic. Any such actions are considered fraud.
